Building emotional literacy - through a “no surprise” environment
This workshop is focused on building a framework of responses within a set range and expectation. It is the start of unifying the team of staff towards the goal of supporting students and avoidance of conflict
How will it help?
By showing staff they are part of a team
By having a range of support available
By allowing staff to see the effect of different contexts, subjects and personality styles
By looking at emotional responses and their effects on relationships
